At Janiwa, we currently offer shipping services across the United Arab Emirates. We are working to expand our delivery areas in the near future.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing time may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within the UAE.
- Remote areas may take slightly longer to receive deliveries.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of the order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real-time.
6. Delivery Attempts
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
7. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
