- Within UAE: Usually delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- International Deliveries: Typically arrive within 5–9 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delays & Liability:
Please note that JANIWA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your JANIWA products! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within the specified return period.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days from the order date.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- A valid order receipt or invoice must be included with your return.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items not purchased directly from the official JANIWA website or our verified Amazon store.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for:
- Damaged or incorrect items received.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will assist you with the exchange process.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and share the return address and instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable courier service.
